HAILEE PERRY

Born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Hailee Perry developed many passions growing up. Animals, psychology, books, puzzles, and music just to name a few. However, it wasn’t until her first job in the restaurant industry that she knew she was on to something great. Although Hailee has ventured down many paths in her early work life, they all have one thing in common. Leadership. After completing several years of college, studying both psychology and organizational leadership, Hailee sought management opportunities in her hometown. While attending college and waitressing at The Pioneer Woman’s Mercantile, she worked her way into management. Here, she met Chef Kurtess Mortensen, and under Kurtess’ mentorship, she was driven to help build a great team amongst the service staff and create a happy and enjoyable experience for the guests. Fast forward and she finds herself journeying to the quaint town of Atoka, Oklahoma to take on the position of Operations Manager at Reba’s Place. Hailee has a knack for noticing the little things, and making sure all the gears are moving in the right direction for a business to run in a strategic way. At Reba’s Place, she can be found working with the greeters to relieve the wait time for guests, helping get food out of the kitchen quickly, creating cash handling processes, assisting the musicians setting up the soundboard…in short, you may not find her because she’s all over the building! She is a firm believer in building people up and helping them reach their potential, which is her favorite part of working at Reba’s Place. Striving for excellence, Hailee finds nothing more rewarding than improving the guest’s experience or making a difference in the life of an employee. When guests ask Hailee what her favorite menu item is, without pause she will tell you the NOLA barbeque shrimp (paired with a house infused pineapple mojito of course). During her downtime, you can find Hailee doing home renovations, cozying up on the couch with her dogs listening to her favorite Reba song “Is There Life Out There”, reading a good book, or exploring the beauty the world has to offer.
